Other Measurement Tools
- We’ll employ a variety of means to analyze a candidate’s fit for the job — tests for technical skills and mental aptitude; personality profiles and others designed for the job’s requirements.
- Candidates for leadership positions will be measured against a leadership “success profile.”
Analysis and Feedback of Results
- We will take all forms of input from the recruitment process and integrate into a recommendation.
- We will provide developmental feedback to both the manager and the candidate for hire.
After every assessment, we present to you a “hire” or “don’t hire” recommendation.
