Other Measurement Tools

  • We’ll employ a variety of means to analyze a candidate’s fit for the job — tests for technical skills and mental aptitude; personality profiles and others designed for the job’s requirements.
  • Candidates for leadership positions will be measured against a leadership “success profile.”

Analysis and Feedback of Results

  • We will take all forms of input from the recruitment process and integrate into a recommendation.
  • We will provide developmental feedback to both the manager and the candidate for hire.
